Where and how can I purchase a Sunremo bike?
To purchase your next bike, you can contact the closest Sunremo dealer through the “Find your dealer” section on the website. If you’re from one of the following countries you will be also able to buy Sunremo bikes online: Italy, France, Spain, Germany, etc.
How can i verify my online order status?
To check the status of your order, simply access the “Orders” section in your reserved area. You will find the access path by clicking on the “Profile” symbol at the top right of the site.
How does the Sunremo warranty work?
Every warranty claim is handled directly by the Basso dealers. Please contact your dealer for the first inspection of the faulty frame or component. The dealer will then contact our Warranty Service directly, keeping you addressed with the progress of the claim.
How can I request an e-commerce return?
In your Reserved area, under the “Orders” section, open the order containing the items your want to return. Under the “Order actions” tab, you will find a link with step-by-step instructions on how to proceed with the return request. Note: returns are handled following General terms and Conditions.
What is the max number of spacers that i can use on my Sunremo?
The max stack height we recommend on all of our bikes is 60 mm under the stem. This is to preserve the handling and performance of the bike.
Which is the bottom bracket standard?
All Road and Gravel bikes: 86,5 x 41 Pressfit
